Technofudge and TFIS E-waste now offer sustainable repairs, through its E-waste initiative to lower the carbon foot print of Electronics that end up in land fills by recycling and re-purposing electronic components that are sill in working condition or can be repaired and given a second life.
Our repairs follow a three-step process which consists of: Testing, Repair and Refurbishment
Each and every component of a decommissioned computer or laptop will be thoroughly tested to establish which component can be salvaged and recycled into other working systems that need those components replaced or repaired.
After all the components of a decommissioned system have been tested and we have established what can be repurposed we then go even further to see what can be repaired at a cost lower than having to be replaced thus lowering the number of components that need to be disposed of
The final step in our Sustainable repair process is refurbishing all working components to be used in the repair process of systems that need certain parts and components replaced.
Our Green Parts seal certifies that all recycled and repurposed parts have been thoroughly tested and are certified to offer optimal performance just as good as a brand new replacement part but at almost half the cost of having to replace the specific part
